Reception/administration volunteers required to work in a busy community centre. Duties include responding appropriately to incoming phone enquiries, greeting visitors and clients in a friendly manner and providing accurate and appropriate information using the Centre’s resources. Excellent customer service skills are required as well as basic computer literacy. An opportunity to progress to an interviewing role may be available.
