Website Uniting

If you’re a ‘people person’ and would like to make a difference to someone’s life, we would love to hear from you! Our social support program supports older people with barriers to accessing their community, or who may be experiencing social isolation.

Victor is a bit of a joker, and loves meeting new people. He’s looking for someone to accompany him fishing at the local beach, or perhaps staying in for a game of cards. Victor speaks English, Italian, Croatian and Slovenian and loves to chat! If you’re open to either weekly or fortnightly visit and are chatty, outgoing and positive don’t hesitate to apply!

You will provide companionship, and support Victor to achieve his social goals. Valid driver’s license and car necessary. Practical communication skills and confidence to work independently are a must. Participant’s name has been altered to maintain his privacy. Interested? For further information, please Call 13 93 75 and quote SV-S-08.
